Umbral Wings is a collaborative tarot project by Catstealers' Tarot Team that brought 75 artists together to create an entire 78 card deck themed around one singular thing: Dragons!
Not dragon slayers, not dragon riders, just dragons! Only dragons! If you're a fan of dragons then this deck is for you.
The deck is themed around the elements instead of the usual suits for the minor arcana. Wands are Fire, Cups are water. Pentacles are Earth. Swords are Air. Each dragon has been carefully illustrated to suit that card and it's meaning, with each card being illustrated by a different artist. Thus, styles between cards differ greatly.
Each order comes with both a deck and a guidebook. The deck is a standard sized tarot deck with rainbow gilting on the edges and comes in a sturdy magnetic book box to protect it. This project is the result of a successful kickstarter campaign, and we as artists were able to purchase extra decks to sell ourselves.
